Youth Law

Justice At Last serves clients who are younger than 18 years old and are involved in many different legal systems, such as juvenile delinquency proceedings where they are being charged with criminal offenses, juvenile dependency court where they are receiving support for family reunification, and the foster care system. Indeed, children involved in Child Welfare Services are at risk of exploitation for varying factors, including prior trauma history, unstable housing, social connections and failure to have their basic needs met. We provide holistic wrap around services to inform survivors of the legal system and their rights and enforce the youth’s right to self-determination throughout the entire process.
