To help create awareness that human trafficking happens in our own San Francisco Bay Area backyards on July 30, 2026, we are delighted to be partnering with Tree Climber Media and award winning Producer and Director Jennifer Huang and screen this film that addresses the vulnerabilities of being trafficked and re-exploited and the the determination and incredible resilience of the protagonist, Arnoldo Lopez Contreras to move forward and overcome constant obstacles.

A panel discussion on the impact and challenges of trafficking in our communities will follow the screening. Panelists are still being confirmed and include:

  • Rafael Bautista, Chair of the US Advisory Council on Human Trafficking

  • Please check back shortly for more information on upcoming panelists.
