Immigration Rights of Survivors of Gender Based Violence

We are hosting a free virtual training on immigration rights of survivors of gender based violence. This training opportunity is available in English and Spanish to service providers that assist folks in Santa Clara County via Zoom on Thursday, June 26, 2025from 10:00 – 11:00 a.m PDT.

This training will include an overview of polyvictimization within gender based violence, the similarities and differences between human trafficking and intimate partner violence, and legal remedies available for survivors of gender based violence.

Who Should Attend: Any service providers or members of the community interested in learning more about the immigration rights of survivors of gender based violence.
